Visual project tracking from groundbreak to portfolio.

Photos file themselves to the right project as you shoot, so a finished job is already a link or a report you can send.

Understand FolioCam in a minute.

Watch one photo go from the roof to a finished report. It files itself, reaches the office in seconds and leaves as one link.

One job, start to finish.

A day on 1428 Marberry Ln, in the app the crew already has open.

  1. Pull up and start shooting.

FolioCam puts the job you're standing at first. One tap opens the camera, filing every shot to it.

The project chooser, with 1428 Marberry Ln marked as the job you are at and a Start shooting button.
  2. Circle it, point to it, say what it is.

Mark up a copy of the photo with a circle, an arrow and a few words. The original stays clean.

The markup editor on the phone, circle tool in hand, over a chimney photo with the cracked flashing circled, an arrow and a label.
  3. The office already has it.

Every photo lands in its job and its folder, with who took it and when. Nobody texts a picture to the office again.

Recent photos on Home, as folders: All photos, Siding, Windows and Site and access, each with its newest photo and a count.
  4. Send the report from the driveway.

Pick the photos, put your logo on it and text the PDF to the homeowner or the adjuster.

A finished hail claim report with Send and Open PDF buttons.
  5. Quote the work on the spot.

Build the quote on the customer you already saved, then turn it into an invoice when the job is done.

An issued quote for $3,657.50 with an Open PDF button, and the paid invoice made from it.
  6. Close the day from the truck.

Home opens on the jobs that moved today and the photos that came in, so tomorrow starts where today stopped.

The Home screen greeting Dana, with recent projects listed under a band of sky.

The office gets the big screen.

Every job ends in something worth sending.

A report, a before and after, a portfolio. Made on the phone, opened on anything, with no account for your client.

The house after the work: a new charcoal roof and new white gutters.
The same house before the work: a hail-damaged brown roof and sagging gutters.
Before and after, side by sideDrag to compare. The camera already knows which photo came first.

Questions you might have.

The ones we get asked before the first job.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Photos save on the phone first and upload when you're back online.

What if two jobs are close together?

The app offers both and never guesses. A photo with no job in range is marked unfiled until you file it.

Who can see the photos?

Everyone in your company. Admins see every project, and managers and workers see the projects they are on.

Does a homeowner or adjuster need an account?

No. The link opens in any browser, can expire, and can be turned off.

Do the insurance details end up on the link?

No. The insurance company, the adjuster and the claim number sit on the job, and reach a link or a report only when you put them there.

Can I quote and bill from it?

Yes. Build an estimate on the job's customer, turn it into an invoice, and record the cash or the check. Taking a card payment online is not built yet.

What phones does it run on?

iPhone and Android, built to be quick on inexpensive Android phones.

Open FolioCam instead of your camera.

Built for the crew on the ladder and the agent showing the finished house.
